Awaken Your Soul IBIZA is a holistic healing immersion that focuses on the technology of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self; a divine culmination of energy work and deep ceremony through Danielle’s Somatic Soul Method™. Delicious, organic vegan food is intentionally prepared and prayed over to support the energy we are working with each day. Together we will receive the sacredness of the land and centuries of healing that has been absorbed into the grid of the prior monastery where we will be staying.
This journey into the Heart Chakra will take place at a reformed 400 year old monastery nestled in the forest of San Miguel, Ibiza with panoramic views, cascades, fountains, fish ponds and three Balinese temples. The feeling of the property is that of a boutique hotel including five different buildings and all rooms beautifully designed with a bohemian, balinese style to be in harmony with the history of the island yet high end with earthy tones and high quality natural materials. The main house has a library of 200 collected books on spirituality and consciousness. The 42,000 sqm of land are part of a larger farm project focused on restoring the ancient terraced landscape and regenerating traditional crops. The property has an abundance of indoor and outside spaces to gather in, as well as many pockets for alone time and peace. There are two pools, one salt water pool and one natural eco-pool, as well as a sauna, jacuzzi and spa area.
Over the seven days, we will dive into chakra psychology with a primary focus on the heart chakra. On the first day, we will clear the lower three chakras, our human embodiment work, where we clear the residue of suppressed emotions, stuck energy, and subconscious blocks. From here, we create an opening to land fully in the heart. Each of these parts of us represents a unique gateway through which we can access and facilitate healing on multidimensional levels. The connection between these portals within us is innate, not only physically with direct pathways connecting each part of the body, but also energetically through our expression, emotions and creative energy.
You will be immersed in a nearly surgical process that blends kundalini yoga, yin yoga, breath work, meditation, I AM Yoga Nidra, sound healing, heart-centered ceremony, and more.
Together, we will dissolve the unconscious cage around your heart so you can receive more love, abundance, miracles, and divine guidance. This is where we come back home to ourselves, to access and experience the part of us beyond our roles and identities, the more we know deep down there is to us and for us.
